Shipping Options: We offer tracked shipping across Canada and the U.S. International orders are available, with shipping costs invoiced separately after checkout.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.

How It Works: Once your order is packed, we’ll calculate the actual shipping cost based on the package size, weight, and destination. A separate payment link will be emailed to you.

Final Sale: All international orders are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the cost of international shipping.

All Sales Final: Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions: If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
Clothing Returns (Store Credit Only): Pre-owned or new clothing may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Customer Cancellation: Pre-orders reserve inventory specifically for you. Customer-requested pre-order cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Manufacturer or Distributor Cancellation: If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer or distributor, no cancellation fee will apply. You'll have the option of receiving a full refund or store credit toward another item at Wrestling Thrift.
