Before You Pre-Order

  • Estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and distributor and may change.

  • If a release is delayed, we'll keep you updated.

  • If a product is cancelled by the manufacturer or distributor, you'll receive a full refund.

  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship once all items are available (unless separate shipping is selected).

  • While we do our best to provide the best packaging possible, minor shelf wear can occur during manufacturing and shipping. Any significant packaging damage will be noted in the product description whenever possible.
